In earlier times, it was said that the veil between our world and the next drew thinnest on the last day of October.  They called it…All Hallows Eve!  Mystery, history, and spooky stories unite in this family-friendly celebration of autumn days and Halloween traditions.  See apple butter made over an open fire, visit Madam Zora to have your fortune told, explore the Burton-Ingram House as it mourns the death of Henry Neill, enjoy music and eerie tales, try your hand at a Halloween craft, and more!  This FREE community event takes place at the Historic Lewes Town Campus (110 Shipcarpenter St.) from 10:00-4:00 on Halloween!

We hope, too, that you’ll extend your Halloween visit to Lewes with us from 5:00-8:00 at the Zwaanendael Museum during the city’s Trick or Treat festivities!
