    The Lewes Historical Society provides a wonderful opportunity for school groups to visit historic Lewes and learn about Lewes' colonial and maritime history. Intrepretive tours geared towards schoolchildren from grades 3-8 are offered and can be customized to meet the needs in your curriculum. Additionally, the Society can offer hands on educational activities to give your students a feeling of what it was like to live, learn and grow up in historic Lewes.
